Trey Songz is brought back to life in the music video for “Heart Attack.”  The clip features Kelly Rowland as his girlfriend, with whom he has a rocky relationship.  The pair watch black and white footage of their happier times before they get into a car accident. Trey’s relationship flashes before his eyes when he realizes maybe it wasn't so bad.
